David Nair, a Corporate Trainer, Life Coach, Mentor & NLP Master Practitioner is the founder of

IXL Incorporated. His experience in management, planning, financial control, people 

empowerment, corporate training, administrative system implementation & industry

deregulation, positions David with the skill set to Train, Coach & Mentor & provide strategic

business advice to people around the globe. 

David’s breadth of experience in senior roles, as a Financial Controller, Strategic Planner & Vice President in industries ranging from retailing / wholesaling, construction & operation of mine sites, vehicle manufacture & distribution, food processing has positioned David, to assist organizations with Strategic Planning, Joint Venture Alliance, Coaching & Mentoring, Training & Development. 

David, born in Malaysia, citizen of Australia, moved off full time employement in his mid-30’s after successfully building a number of businesses in the Asia Pacific region. 

Today David, a global citizen travels extensively, as a Trainer, Life Coach and Mentor, his primary passion is in developing & empowering people, & to see how they can be transformed, when the potential within each is identified, natured & allowed to grow in the right environment.

David enhanced his Training, Life Coaching and Mentoring work in UK with NLP founder, John Grinder and he subsequently completed his Masters & Train the Trainer program with John Grinder & Carmen Bostic St Clair.
